Lieutenant General Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powell, 1st Baron Baden-Powell, (BAY-dən POH-əl; 22 February 1857-- 8 January 1941), was a British Military policeman, author, founder and also very first Chief Precursor of the worldwide Precursor Movement, as well as creator, with his sister Agnes, of the world-wide Lady Overview/ Woman Precursor Movement.
